Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions govern the provision of Pracuj a užívaj services. They are effective from 7 November 2026.

1. Introductory provisions and definitions

Provider: Premium Worker Group s. r. o., Ľudovíta Štúra 2045/7, 026 01 Dolný Kubín, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO): 55593682, Tax ID (DIČ): 2122044925, VAT ID: SK2122044925. Contact: info@pracujauzivaj.sk, tel./WhatsApp 0904 117 888.

Client (applicant) is a natural person who orders the service from the provider. If the client does not act within their business activity, they are a consumer.

Service means the advice, preparation and consultations described in Article 2 of these terms.

2. Subject of the service

The provider offers advice, preparation and consultations when looking for work in hotels and restaurants abroad (Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland). The service mainly includes editing the CV, sending the CV on the client's behalf to the businesses contacted, arranging an interview with a business that shows interest, and support in preparing for departure.

The provider is not the client's employer and does not broker specific job offers. The provider does not guarantee employment – hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

The client orders the service via a form on the website or during a consultation (including via WhatsApp or phone). The contract is concluded when the provider confirms the order by email.

4. Price and payments

The total fee for the service is €500, payable in three parts: a €100 deposit when ordering, €150 before departure and €250 after the first salary.

The price does not include flights, accommodation, insurance or any other costs of the client related to travel and stay abroad.

5. Client's obligations

The client must provide true and complete information and a truthful CV, cooperate as needed and reply in time to questions from the provider and the businesses.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

A client who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion under Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection. It is enough to notify the withdrawal by email to info@pracujauzivaj.sk or in another unambiguous way.

If the provision of the service began at the client's express request and with their consent before the withdrawal period expired, the client shall pay a proportionate part of the price for the service provided up to the date of withdrawal. If the service has been fully provided with such consent, the client loses the right of withdrawal.

The provider shall refund payments received, or the part exceeding the proportionate price, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, using the same means of payment unless the parties agree otherwise. Other cases of termination and refunds are settled by agreement of the parties and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Liability

The provider is not liable for employers' decisions, their working conditions, wages or accommodation, for visas, work and residence permits, or for the client's travel. The provider is not liable for the consequences of untrue or incomplete information provided by the client.

8. Complaints

The client may file a complaint about the service by email to info@pracujauzivaj.sk. The provider will handle it without undue delay, no later than 30 days after it is filed, and inform the client of the outcome.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If a consumer client is not satisfied with how a complaint was handled or believes the provider has violated their rights, they may ask the provider for redress. If the provider rejects the request or does not reply within 30 days, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to an ADR body, such as the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk).

10. Personal data protection

We process clients' personal data in accordance with the principles set out on the page:

Privacy Policy (GDPR)

11. Final provisions

Legal relations between the provider and the client are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The provider may change these terms; contracts already concluded are governed by the version effective at the time of their conclusion.

These terms and conditions take effect on 7 November 2026.
